Postage
Free standard postage is offered for all UK Mainland orders over the value of £150. UK Mainland orders under £150 have the choice of Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery or Courier delivery depending on weight. Non-Mainland orders are sent via Royal Mail / Parcel force depending on weight.
All shipments are sent with tracking numbers which are avaliable upon request.

International Orders
Our online shipping system currently only covers shipping for certain countries. If you require shipment to any other country please email us first and let us know what your after and where you are.
Orders under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed for, orders over 2kg will be sent via Parcel Force.
Any orders placed on saturday or sunday will be processed on the following monday.

Redelivery
Customers are responsible for making sure someone is in to sign for deliveries and that the correct address information has been supplied to us, orders returned to us because of not following this will be recharged for delivery.
