VCRA & Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs)
In order to comply with the VCRA that came into effect in October 2007 we will only sell RIFs to registered members of UKARA. For more information and details of UKARA please click here. When ordering a RIF from the website please ensure you include you UKARA membership number in the comments box when you go throug the checkout otherwise there will be a delay in processing your order.
Please note all airsoft guns are currently only for UK sale and any orders placed by customers outside of the UK will be cancelled.

Refunds
If you change you mind about any item you buy within 7 days of you receiving it if it is returned in its packaging and a saleable condition we are happy to refund your payment. Any items found to be faulty upon receipt should be reported immediately and it will be exchanged. Customers are responsable for the cost of returning goods due to cancelling a order they have received.

Exchange
We are happy to exchange any item within 7 days of receipt providing it is returned in its packaging and in a saleable condition. Postage and Packing will be charged in the same way as a new order.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order that you have placed you must contact us before your order is due to be sent. If you wish to cancel an order that is awaiting any item(s) just contact us and let us know and you will not be charged.

Items Out Of Stock
Tactical Quartermaster items on the website are normally in stock and ready for same day dispatch.
Currently Tactical Assault Gear Items are only available as special order and are ordered in specifically for each customer, this normally takes 2-3 weeks.
Combatkit items are ordered in on a bi-monthly basis. The next order date will be displayed on the front page.
Blackhawk & 5.11 items are ordered weekley from our UK supplier and will take approx. 5 working days to get to you.
Although we try to keep the stock status of all the items on the website as up to date as possible it may sometimes occur that an item you order is actually out of stock. If you do order an item that is then found to be out we will contact you and hold the rest of your items for your order for 48hrs. You will then have the choice to wait for the item to come back in stock, to cancel the item and send the rest or cancel the whole order.

Payment
All prices on the website are in Pounds Sterling (GPB) and we currently only except payment in this currency. We accept the following methods of payment:
• Credit / Debit Cards

• Cash (sent at owners own risk)
• Postal Order
• Bank Transfer
If paying by card and providing all the items on your order are in stock we will then package your order and process your payment. A confirmation email will be sent then to let you know it was processed and when it has be sent out.
No orders will be sent until the payment has cleared, i.e. funds from bank transfer have cleared. All card details are processed through a secure server with Barclays.
Should for any reason you not wish to send your card details online then choose cash as your payment method, putting a note that you wish to phone your details and call us with your card details

Export
International customers are responsible for any taxes / duty that is charged by there country and for checking that anything they order is legal to import to their country. Please note all airsoft guns are currently only for UK sale and any orders placed by customers outside of the UK will be cancelled.
