VCRA & Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs)
In order to comply with the VCRA that came into effect in October 2007 we will only sell RIFs
to registered members of UKARA. For more information and details of UKARA please
click here. When ordering a RIF (Realistic Imitation Firearm) from the website please
ensure you include you UKARA membership number in the comments box when you go through the checkout
otherwise there will be a delay in processing your order.
Please note all airsoft guns are currently only for UK sale and any orders placed by customers outside of the UK will be cancelled.
Imitation Firearms
Imitation Firearms(IF) are those which have the same shape and dimension as a RIF but have at least 51% of the gun brightly coloured or clear. These are available to anyone 18 years old or over. By ordering one you are confirming that you meet this criteria.
Anyone we find trying to purchase a RIF/IF using false information will have their order cancelled and information passed on to the police.
Refunds / Exchanges
If you change your mind about an item you buy within 7 days of receiving it, if it is returned in its packaging and its original condition with all accessories and paperwork we are happy to issue a refund or exchange the item. The cost of returning the item(s) are down to you and the original postage costs will not be refunded. For items being exchanged postage will be charged again for sending the exchanged item back to you.
Custom ordered or Custom Made items are not eligible for refunds.
Faulty / Damaged Items
Any items delivered damaged or items missing must be reported to us within 24hrs.
Any items found to be faulty upon receipt must be reported within 24hrs of the order being received and it will be exchanged. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Any replacement or exchanged goods will not be sent out until the original item has been sent back to us, with the original receipt, and we have confirmed the fault.
Items damaged through misuse or negligence will not be refunded or exchanged.
Any repairs or work carried out by anyone other than Tactical Quartermaster will void your warranty.
Clothing / Accessories Warranty
Clothing and accessories are covered by a 3 month warranty, this covers any manufacturing defects.
Any problems should be reported to use as soon as possible and we can advise you on how to proceed.
Gun Warranty
All airsoft weapons purchased are covered by the following warranty periods:
- AEG - 3 Months
- GBB Pistols & Rifle - 3 Months
- Spring Pistols & Rifles - 1 Month
This covers and faults due to a manufacturing defect. Any repairs covered under this will be carried out free of charge.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order that you have placed we request you contact us before your order is due to be sent, otherwise postage costs will be charged. If you wish to cancel an order that is awaiting any item(s) just contact us and let us know and you will not be charged.
Items Out Of Stock
Currently Tactical Assault Gear Items are only available as special order and
are ordered in specifically for each customer, this normally takes 2-3 weeks.
Combatkit items are ordered in on a bi-monthly basis. The next order date will be displayed on the front page.
Although we try to keep the stock status of all the items on the website
as up to date as possible it may sometimes occur that an item you order
is actually out of stock. For UK orders where an items is found to be out of stock we will send everything that is in stock
and contact you to let you know if/when the rest of the order will be next in. For international orders we will contact you
and let you know what is out of stock and give you the option of waiting or cancelling the out of stock items.
BFPO Discount
We offer 10% off most products for Forces personnel when they have the order posted to a BFPO address. The Discount is applied automattically when you go to the checkout final page and shown under the order subtotal. In order to get the discount then the shipping address must have the State/Province set to BFPO and then the BFPO number written in the Street Address box. Orders will only be sent to the BFPO Number and orders placed without this will be cancelled.
Payment
All prices on the website are in Pounds Sterling (GPB) and we currently
only except payment in this currency. We accept the following methods of payment:

- Bank Transfer
- Paypal
If paying by card and providing all the items on your order are in stock we
will then package your order and ship it the next day.
No orders will be sent until the payment has cleared, i.e. funds from bank transfer
have cleared. All card details are processed through a secure server with Barclays.
Export
International customers are responsible for any taxes / duty that is charged
by there country and for checking that anything they order is legal to import to their country.
